Awesome customer service, fixed my car quickly although there were multiple issues with my car, offered me a free Uber ride home and back to pick up my car so I could rest comfortably at home instead of waiting. Caleb and the guy’s girlfriend fantastic they repaired the damages from another shop. They were hired to change my rear, lower control, alarms, and wind up ruining my air system. These guys got everything back in order. The car is running great. I recommend them.

Amazing experience here at Premier1 Auto Care! They were very communicative with scheduling, the service, and the whole process in general. I drive a Maserati and I’m so beyond happy that I found this place so I do not have to drive my car to the Austin dealership for an overpriced service. After I dropped off my car, they uber’ed me to my home and even uber’ed me back once everything was completed! Caleb did an amazing job and I highly recommend this place to anyone with a luxury car.

Premier 1 Auto is my go to place for maintenance and repairs. They are always thorough and are fair with their prices and don’t try to upsell you with services you don’t need. They get you in and out as quickly as possible but if you have to wait they have an awesome waiting area. Leather massage recliners with usb ports for your devices, 2 TVs and a K-cup coffee bar with the good creamer (not the cheap powder stuff) cold water bottles and 2 kinds of cookie snack packs including Oreos, my favorite. They keep you updated on time and progress and they’ll give you a courtesy ride home if it’s an all day wait. They always go the extra mile. At my last visit I had a broken sun visor so I bought some replacements on Amazon and brought them with me to the shop. They took the extra time to install them for free. It wasn’t a simple job because I have a Honda. So even though it took almost 20 minutes there was no charge! I challenge you to find any dealership or auto repair who does courtesy work like that. A big shout out to Bismark my service tech who went the extra mile installing my sun visors. But everyone at Premier 1 Auto is helpful and kind. Thank you for your great service and positive friendly attitude!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from start to finish! This place took incredible care of our car and replaced all four brake rotors and pads, and the experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free. The work was done efficiently and the car feels amazing now. A huge shoutout to Caleb — he went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of the work, but Caleb absolutely does.

Caleb and the staff were very respectful, knowledgeable and honest. Really appreciate being able to trust the service was performed as we agreed. No hidden cost or unexpected fees. Every step of the process from making the appointment to picking up my vehicle is a professional and friendly experience. The advisors are very knowledgeable and listen attentively to the customers concerns and make sure there is no miscommunication. They keep the customers well informed on where they are in the process of the repairs and have a great system of doing so. The work is always clean and well done. I have not had any issues with their work as of yet and they offer a very good warranty that gives me peace of mind if there ever was an issue. The cost of repairs are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. They are slightly more than an independent shop but way less than any dealership. In my experience the quality of work exceeds the dealerships as well. They are able to find a good balance to help save the customer money and still provide quality repairs.

Ordered Tires and wheels from TireRack. They were super cool about shipping them directly to their store and installing them. I called 4 other local shops who didn't want to do it because I wasn't buying directly from them. Caleb was great- shipping the wheels/tires directly to them- they will install and adjust my camber to a custom spec. Really great shop with nice people.

I had a great experience taking my car for maintenance her this past week. You'll see a big electronic sign for this business where you'll turn in from the 281 Frontage road, you can't miss it. This place was packed with cars showing how many people trust this auto care facility with their car. However, because it is packed, it might be hard to find a place to park. Luckily there was room in the drop-off line. They do not have a big waiting area so l suggest having a ride home or asking if their driver service is available so you can be dropped off at home once you check in your car. Starting with my initial call to the business and through the end when it was time to pick my car back up, I was treated with respect and kindness. I found the prices fair and the advice on what was needed honest. I plan to make this my go-to shop when I need work on my car and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto care facility.
